The seller is legit.   He's acting as a broker, taking a cut for the scrap yard that obtained these airplanes from military or private sources.  He's located at Arlington Airport in WA state.  The airplanes are located in California and elsewhere.  Call their office for more info.  They have current photos available.   The number is listed in the auction.

They can not be flown in the US except as experimental, and the FAA has vowed to keep them grounded....

Crap FAA, its full mil power or nil power. Then again alot of stuff is flying experimental. What does that mean anyways?
