only enabled in the TA, not sure about offline or H2H.

When i'm offline it will not let me change the lead-computing-gunsight it keeps telling me i need CM priv's. I want to be able to practice offline is there any way i can change these CM priv's so that i can practice. The main reason for this is i'm not at home all the time so i don't have access to the internet. So when i'm not at home i want to be able to practice on my laptop. There for i need to be able to change the CM priv's.

Strange.... you should be able to change it offline.  Setup/Arena Settings/FlightModeFlags/check box next to LeadComputedGunsight..... everyone has CM privs offline.....  :)

I also got that error occasionally when changing the LCG setting; however, the next time I did try to change it there was no error. I'd suggest another try and let the game completely load for a few seconds before you try to access arena settings.
Offline you should have CM privs and access to channel 904 in the radio drop down boxes.
