Title: How many meals do you eat a day?
Post by: SunTracker on February 20, 2004, 04:50:32 AM
I like to eat 3 or even 4 meals a day.  Guess its a left over remnant from when I was a distance runner.

This article suggests two meals a day, with no snacks.  Talks about how eating too often can flood the bloodstream with insulin, which in turns makes the liver secrete very harmful fats.

4 to 6 small but heathly meals is best for me, maybe as small as a banana and a bottle of water

dinner is the killer for most - huge meal, veg until bed-maybe snack/dessert j b4, wake up and wonder why pants are tight in waist :)

I only eat dinner.

My classes conveniently fall over lunch time, and i'm too lazy to wake up for breakfast.

I eat light meals and graze all day.  If I eat heavy it'll be lunch, then a light dinner around 8pm.

Typically, I'll eat at 8am, 10am, noon, 3pm, 6pm (except on volleyball team practice days), 9pm.  If I eat a heavy lunch at noon, I'll skip the 3pm, eat light at 6pm, and skip the 9pm.  On days when I have volleyball practice I'll eat at 8am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 9pm.
