Title: vid resolution change problem

When I first installed latest version, I set one resolution as game started.  When the game started up, I changed the resolution but it got confused and while the screen resolution changed, the game resolution did not so the game was smaller than the screen.  Mouse focus was also a bit messed up.  I had to alt-f4 to get out.  It worked ok as soon as I restarted.
