Hello, I just joined AH and would like to briefly introduce myself.
I have started my MMOG career with Air Warrior sometime in 1996 using AOL version, in 98 I joined GameStorm and played AW3 up until end of 99. In Early 2002 I
Was ready to get some more AW “crack” but discovered it no longer existed. By then I was following development of WWII Online and decided to join. WWII Online has been steadily improving since it’s humble beginnings; I have made many friends and joined one of the finest squads “JG53”. Naturally I gravitated toward axis side because there were more veteran players such as myself. As time went by CRS (game creators) started to “play balance” axis equipment and finally created something that not recognizable as a flight simulator. They tweaked damage model to absurd levels in order to accommodate beginners on allied side to the point where SpitV can take 20+ hits from 109F4 20mm cannon and still TnB all day.
So here I am, joining the AH crowd, hopefully will get used to new FM and start to rack up some kills. I’m going to attempt to set up my X45 and CH rudder pedals tonight and hopefully meet some of you in the arena.

AH and WWIIOL share a lot of the same people. Just imagine if someone could combine AH flight/damage model with WWIIOL terrain and ground war.
Some of my squadies are also AH members. I plan to stay active in both WWIIOL and AH. So if anyone here needs help to rank up on axis side in WWIIOL let me know.

Hah, I can see it now. I'll be sitting at 10,000 ft in my P38 at cruise power when either I take a hit in my rectum from a rail gun - or someone from the future shoots a MANPAD in my direction. I love progress :) BTW, welcome aboard!

If you have any questions, send me an email at fmtimmerman@hotmail.com
If you decide to come to the H2H after your awsome 2 week trial in the MA, please stop by and join my room someday. It is called 'Frank's Coop Missions' It's very much the same as the main or Combat theatre. Im trying to keep it as realistic as possible.
Have fun!

Hi Hi Hi morph you pig Stfu:lol
aha yea welcome to a AH where everyone checks ranks ;)
-
Damn poor show that the Knights take this opportunity to blatantly attract new players to their team - I hope that it will be noticed that ourselves, the Rooks as well as that other bunch have taken a more seemly approach and have shown some decorum rather than begging people to join our team.

You're absolutley right! What was I thinking? Oh yeah, now I remember...I think it was last night when the Rooks had 224 players vs Knights 119...but then, Knights lack decorum :)
