For Me262, and may be 190 as perked weapon.
Here is a good link about that weapon:
The R4/M Orkan (http://www.geocities.com/lastdingo/aviation/r4m.htm)

bombers are already rare
we have the ME163 to keep HQ bombers from causing havoc
realy the only people that would take these rockets would be for HQ bombers
as i see it why waste time making them when we could make the cannons machine guns better
and use that time spent on more planes and other things
bombers are not much of a threat in this game to have air to air rockets needed

The Allied planes are full packed with bunch of overloaded arsenal per their use. Almost everything from overloaded ordnance to overloaded rounds per gun.
Frankly, I don't see why not such options should not be available for Axis planes. Panzerblitz rockets, 200 rounds of 20mms for the 109s, underwing dual 20mm pods, clusterbombs etc etc.

You've got my vote!
Also the correct additions to the Fw190F8. Anti-tank rockets, regular rockets, and one variant had a torpedo!

Somewhere near Landsberg on the Lech i met a formation of about sixteen Marauders. I opened fire from about 600 yards in half a second with a salvo of twenty-four rockets into the close flying formation. There were two certain hits: one bomber immediately caught fire and exploded, while a second lost large parts of its right tail unit and wing and began to spiral earthwards.... Our impression of the efficiency of this new weapon were indescribable. The rockets could be fired outside the effective range of the defensive fire from the bombers, and a well-aimed salvo would probably hit several of them simultaneously. That was the way to break up formations. But this was the end of April 1945!
I like the idea :) whether its useful in MA i dont know, im not sure if its worth inclusion as guns on buffs fire a lot more than 600 yards in AH and its damn hard to hit anything with rockets as it is.
