Nice Video
Used to be, (in the olden days of CH-47 B's, C's, and Super C model Chinooks), a Chinook formation flight was any 2 airborne at the same time anywhere in the world :rofl
-
Nice Video. That must have been a whole Brigade! Strange, I didn't see any gunships.
-
Very nice, thank you :)
-
very cool.thanks

19 CH-47s, 10 UH-60s.
19* 35 + 10 * 16 = 825
(more or less)

Smooth, real smooth.
Let's see how many flying aircraft with tiny fragile important parts we can fit into the same amount of airspace as possible.
Fricking geniuses...
-
Wow! I was there. Was a flight of the 159th Brigade (101st) returning to Mosul from a mission. It was absolutely thunderous and fantastically cool. Where did you find the video?

I'm sure that their intentions were to have several crashes. Its not like they were training or anything.

Chinooks are big hanger queens. Very impressive to see that many airborne at one time.
Chinooks one of the few aircrafts that can have a mid-air with itself.
