Title: Gunner control question

I always thought gunners could control buffs by use of the rudder, but I noticed in the B26 that it was the aerlirons, not the rudder, that was moving while I was gunning.

Is it just the B26?

When in the gunner or bomber positions you are not moving the control surfaces with your rudders. The auto pilot is flying the plane, and you are just inputing a desired bank angle (up to 60 deg)with the rudders.
