It's at the Virginia avaition musuem in Richmond. Not sure of the times though. Admission is @ $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children.
They are having several different speakers. It is a two day event.

Meet members of this inspirational group of men and hear exciting stories about
their history-making service to our country during World War II. The 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
presentations are included with museum admission. The 7 p.m. talk is free.
Plus! During February, join us Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. for Black Wings.
Step back into history to find out how black aviators overcame enormous racial barriers.
