It's alot more than that!

I log on tonight trying subscribe to Aces High get all the way up to credit card info, I put that in and I get the 'sorry it didn't go thru message' I'm thinking I know dang well I got the money.  No sooner did I close out from my banks website the phone rings and it's the boss man himself Mr. Addink mentioning there's a bug and if I wouldn't mind trying it again.

Yes it's much more than just customer service gents. <button line <S> to HTC!

Hola,

Without a doubt, HTC has fantastic infrastructure and attitude. I was only a member for a very short while, but I am 110% impressed with my treatment and recommend these people as a model of how it should be done. <<S>>

As opposed to another unamed company who has without a doubt the worst CRM I've ever seen and treat the customers as throw away's.

HTC customer service on scale 1-10 : 10
Umm, lets make it 9.5 just to make it sure HTC doesn't think they haven't anything to improve anymore...
I have nothing to complaint about, only praises.Fast responses and actions.
