What is a JTF-2?
Joint Task force 2? Is this the international forces sent to Haiti?
-
JTF is a force that was created in the military quite a few years ago. The recruited from all elements of the military. The criteria to be accepted was pretty tough to meet. I had 2 of my subordinates go through the initial evaluations. 1 made it and 1 didn't.
Much of what they do and where they go is classified. They were originally created as a terrorist response team. You don't hear much about them.
Don't redicule them. They are some pretty tough sons a b**chs, and do a very demanding job. Have some respect pls.

I surprised it hasn't been done already. I wonder how many are ex-Airborne.
http://www.hackcanada.com/canadian/freedom/secretarmy.html
I am surprised that a Canadian would propagte pictures of them on the internet.
-
It was a US reporter who took the pictures apparently.
There are a lot of pictures of full on face shots of some of them on the linked sint. That picture I posted was in the Herald yesterday, so too late now.
That gentelman in the pic is x-2 Commando (Airborne Regiment).
Hopefully his unit is not disgraced by ur govt if they do their jobs like happend to those sniper guys..
I'll tell them you said that Grun, two of those guys, Perry and Robitaille are teaching a course at my shop in the next couple weeks.
Our government keeps getting worse, and the majority of the people keep getting happier about it.

Then I'm a minority.
GMAN, any line on 7.62x54R?

I'll try to find some tonight for ya ping.
And Jackal, come visit me sometime, I'll show you more guns than you've ever seen, including an entire pile of them you aren't even allowed in the USA (like the 5 40mm lanchers I have sitting in the vault). :). Oh I know, Canada is such a fun target, sort of like Ark-an-sass.
-
Thanx Gman :)
-
LOL Jackal, we ain't exactly stupid up here. Only the gun went to Haiti. The 2 bullets for it are still up here protecting the freedom of each and every North American.
Sheeesh, you Americans have alot to learn about allocating defense resources effectively.
