Things that scare me...I see deer, and I think "GARDEN! NOOOOOO!" Luckily my little electric fence keeps them bastards outta the garden , along with a dog. ;)
-
We have a small herd that we feed corn, Whats not pictured is about 5 or 6 more that were to the left of the Holly tree.
They come every day before dusk and eat there. We also have a Flock of Turkey that live down over the hill, We usually only see those guys in the summer though.
-
turkies huh? Mind if I come hang out on your land for a couple of days next Fall? You don't mind spent shotgun shells all over your land do you? :D

Shell's plural? First, you hunt deer with a shotgun, then you MISS?!
:D

Sorry Udie, no hunting within city limits.

Hell Udie... look at his location. ;)
Nefarious is a crazy hillbilly like me. You Tejas boys wouldn't know how to drive up and down them thar hills.
Nefarious, you see in the paper where that new power plant up your way got permitted? That stinking project has consumed the last 10 months of my life.

Crazy Hillbilly?
Not Quite LOL!
Although he aint lying about the hills, If we get a bad ice storm, or a boatload of snow, getting off my hill is an adventure. Getting back on is a miracle.
I havnt read anything about this power plant though? What county is it in?

:( Looks like my old cat. Even chasing deer.
I have a picture somewhere of my cat actually jumping at a Buck.
-
Yeah cats are fearless.
I got one that chases my 100lbs akita around LOL.
-
We had a cat that would chase turkeys all over the yard, hilarious.
-
Thats nice.
-
That cat was awesome. We have his collar with his tag on it, around the box holding his ashes. If you pick up the box and jiggle it, the other cats go nuts because his tag made a distinctive sound. They think he's back to kick some more ass.

Verm,
Dude I live in the Texas Hill Country :) I can show you some steep hills! Try driving on ice with Texans on hills. Better yet, don't try it just watch it on the news. It's more fun and a lot less expensive that way :D

Not to long ago, a man on a motorcycle went off of a hill In dodgridge county (We live in Harrison Cty), probably about 5 miles away from my house.
He lay there for three days before he was found alive under his bike by the people who lived only 50 yards from where he landed.
The hill he went over was probably 100 feet tall into a rocky hollow.
