Looks like we had some net troubles, vox went down for many, and a few had trouble downloading the terrain, discoes ect.
That stuff happens, lets hope for a more stable frame 2.

I logged on to find I needed a new version of the France terrain. The server was dead slow as prolly everyone else was finding the same thing. This server overload likely had much to do with all the disco's and VOX outages.
In the future I'd suggest a post warning people that there's a new terrain in use for the event. I'd also suggest the terrain be put somewhere for download OTHER THAN ON THE GAME SERVER. Personally I don't understand why we need a new terrain (or so it seems) for just about every event we fly anymore and in some cases it changes from frame to frame. We're flying planes from base A to base B and they have that on every map made. We can't work with what's already on a given map to do that?
Add to that for some reason the last version of France I'd gotten was checked "read only" and then wouldn't update. By the time I figured out what was happening it was past 11 and I was too late to join. Bummer.

Copy that Drano, I cant do anything about what server its on, and actually, I wasn't aware it was a "new" terrain either :(

If it was the RUHR Terrain it was updated between frames 1 and 2.
Just going between Arenas i had major problems last night. I was nto sure I was even goingto make it in !

I am glad that we have new terrains for squad ops. Some of the older maps are bug infested. We should have more custom skins too.
A warning would be nice though when it is going to be a new one.
