I recall a story a year or so ago about a stock trader who the SEC was investigating for insider trading.  His defense was that he was from the future and was using his knowledge of future industries to control his trading.  I can't remember his name and I haven't heard much more about the case.

That was from the World Weekly News, and in the story the guy offers the location of Bin Laden, the cure for Cancer and AIDS, and a few other tiny things in exchange for amnesty.  Fun story. :)
