some advice if ya want it....
when you get the symptoms... do something physical and keep doing it. Symptoms are just pent up energy that you would usually have released by smoking. Release it some other way.
This works for me with all my bad habits ;)

Sometime in the next two weeks you're going to live up to your handle.

I guess so Gofaster... And i know exactly when too... When i hit the red wine :)
To me Red wine and a cigarett is unbeatable hehe. It djust belong together...
-
Atomic Fireballs, as needed. :) Worked for me.

Also, if you need something more, WELBUTRIN is remarkably effective, but you need a prescription.

Just become disgusted by them... What do you love about them so much? Then hate that exact thing!
The will of some is greater than others..
Just will not to smoke, it is tough, no joke, if it wasn't then It'd be an easy thing.
Simple.. I really wish you the best bud! Hopefully you can keep with your promise. Like they said before, if you think you can't handle it .. physically exhaust your body, Water will help too!
Used to be a pack a day smoker for 8 years, quit one day 2 years back, smell of them repulses me today. I'd like to think I wasn't that bad of a smoker, and that It was a normal transition, but I've seen people try to quit with no success. It really hasn't been that long since I have smoked, now that I think about it but I'm glad I did, I have a little over 3k in my no smoke fund, because the money I used for smokes I put into an account, maybe when I hit the 10 year mark I'll buy myself something nice.
Take care maniac and may you succeed!
