there was a guy in the office here that had to pass one out. It finally came out while peeing in the office bathroom... sick bastard walked around the whole office and showed everyone

Hurts like a mother****er, but the Vic should help.

Chances are you will pass it in a few days.
The longest one ever stuck with me was 8 days and yeah i got a real bad kidney infection from it.

Pee into a coffee filter and collect it if you can.
That way the doc can find out if it is calcium or something else.

many things can cause it from sitting on you butt too much to too much calcium in diet.

Post by: Shane on March 12, 2004, 02:44:35 AM: enjoy the drugs... i went in for what i thought might be appendicitis but was a kidney stone... they gave me some wonderful drug right there (and it worked within like 10 secs, lol), felt nothing at all - except nice and happy.... later it either broke up or was too small, never did catch it...

like others have mentioned, drink plenty of fluids and maybe modify your diet somewhat.

Post by: mora on March 12, 2004, 07:03:44 AM: I just had a kidney biopsy(sp?) taken last wednesday. While painful it must be nothing compared to kidney stones. Atleast the one week of "home care" I got from the military hospital makes up for it.
