WASHINGTON (AP) -- Pentagon auditors found a Halliburton Co. subsidiary gave faulty cost estimates on a $2.7 billion contract to serve American troops in Iraq and Kuwait, and company officials acknowledged making mistakes, Defense Department documents show.

this time it was due to a no bid contract.

Hehehe... it's funny watching things like this make the news. Anyone that deals with contractors at all knows exactly what I'm talking about.

They had to make a profit from the kick backs they paid to get the contract. I wonder how much Cheney made off the deal.
