Title: Did you cancel Warbirds? Better check!

Got my visa bill for Febuary, showed that iEN had charged me for the month of January after 2 friggin' emails to them, with replies, assuring it would be canceled...better check you visa's if you used that method of payment.

Gee Rip,

Why am I not surprised.

I called and canceled via telephone back in December '99.  Since then, I have religiously cheched by Visa statement every month.

To be quite frank, (and BTW my name is Frank) I don't trust ien at all.

Told them to get rid of my account back in september and I was on Discover card.

They still havent done it!

We all need to sue them!

Their admin page gives me an error, I wrote to them 3 days ago, and still have no answer !
