Just got back from seeing it. Was pretty creepy, but mostly funny. The one part that didn't please me was the blonde chick getting.... I won't ruin it.
-
Yeah it was a fun movie I must admit it was like as if I could play a Misfits record by it and it would play fine :D
I liked that part though pork it was hilarious :D
-
Just saw it:aok
hhhmm...don't know if it was gory enough.
-
Saw it last night, was a good fun movie.

Whelp being a huge Romero fan I was 1st inline yesterday at my local cinima. Gotta say it was entertaining but I was let down. The flick didn't feel like a DOTD remake, rather part two to 28 days.. something like " 28 Days Later in suburbia" I did enjoy the cameos from Tom Savani and Ken Forees (Peter) saying his famous line again.
I just hope the film brings enough money and popularity in so the film companies come to Romero with the money he wants to film his 4th script.

Word is they had to make the orginal cut R for US release , on the DVD will be the orginal unrated version of the remake they had intended. Lets hope.

Ah hah and these four eyes will buy that DVD :D
I was excited when I walked out of the theater the Soundtrack I want to that movie but I don't know where I can find it or the songs that played through out. The song I specially liked the Johnny Cash one in the beggining quite appropriate to say the least. :D :rofl

Any totally hot babe nudity? Or at least bra-less in a sweaty white undershirt? Everybody knows a horror film isn't complete unless the love interest is nearly naked just before being pursued by the evil ones.
-
actaully they threw in two shots .. they didn't help the plot any..your typical boobshot that is a staple in all horror movies these days.

you don't wanna use airsoft guns on these guys I bet. even paintball may not be enough.

Agree with ya Sunking.
Don't want to poo-poo it. It was ok.
It needed wayy more close ups of zombies...
more development of the sheer horror of the dead coming back to life.... and walking. Seems like the characters accepted this surreal freak of nature as quickly and easily as you would a measles epidemic.
more development of the sheer joy of realizing that every non-perishable goodie in the world is free for the taking - if you can avoid the zombies.... it should have shown them living it up a little more.
and it lacked the unabashed lust for all the free weaponry and ammo you should be able to load up on for free in a situation like that. They should have had them seek out good weapons, maybe break into an armory and get a tank, bazookas, claymores, sniper rifles assualt rifles, etc, and hit a huge sporting goods store, get hunting bows and arrows, bear traps, every kind of handgun, bandoleers, etc, etc, all that good stuff.
