Title: AH2 P38L - fuel consumption revisited

Short summary: WTG :aok
Fuel consumption at cruise settings hit the published numbers, cruise at 26" hg @ 1600RPM at 15k is now possible for ~5hours on internal fuel. Yesss!! :D

Thanks for your time modelling it, now please get rid of the roll rate or we end up having the Lightning as the new dweebfire :eek: (j/k)
