Good day gentlemen,

Big-mo (of WB's) is visiting the UK prior to the Flight sim Eurocon, we will both be visiting Hendon and also the Imperial War Museum followed by a stop over in London on the 29th. So  ......... who is on for a few beers on the 29th, normal RV (Shepherds Tavern) unless someone can think of anywhere better.

Wayne! If you're going to be travelling to London by train, let me know. Trains from Worcester pass through Twyford - I could arrange to be on the same train.

Doh - I wanted to go to that Eurocon, but Jan emailed me to say it was fully subscribed. :(

As for the Shepherd Tavern, here's a pic of us whooping it up - Good grief, that was in Nov.2001!

29th is Sunday, right? OK, where in London is the Shepherd Tavern? More importantly, does it serve decent cider?

BTW I can recommend The Silver Cross near Trafalgar Square.

I am driving in with big-mo so will meet you there. 29th is Monday qts, I do hope you can make it.

The Shepherds Tavern is on Hertford Street, Mayfair.

Big-Mo and myself are setting off now for Duxford and then in to London for this evening.

We will be in Shepherds Tavern at 20.00 this evening the 29th.

Sorry, guys. Weekdays are difficult for me, and impossible when I need to get back home before it gets dark to fit a new light fitting.
