Title: Killer gets only 8 years

That poor robber would still be alive if that citizen hadn't had that sharp instrument in his home. Heck, the murdering citizen might even have been killed, removing him as a menace to society!

Good thing those law-abiding robbers didn't have a gun, because they're banned... err....

Think about it.
Four strangers show up at your door with a gun.
What would you do to protect your family?

I have been robbed at gun point trust me It aint fun.
And If I had a weapon I would have tried to defend my self.

I might have gotten shot but I would feel a whole lot better about the whole thing years later.

There are two types of people.
Fighters and victims.
Trust me the bad guys look for the victims.

I knew there had to be a catch. He was a drug dealer, without a gun ironically. They tried to rob him and came unstuck. A good result all round I think as it happens. In fact an ordinary citizen being treated like that would cause an uproar in the UK these days.

For those that don't want to follow the link, the man who was robbed and sentenced to 8 years sold drugs from his home, he chased the robbers outside his flat, and stabbed the man who died 4 times in the back as he ran away.
