Just wanted to pass on my experience from Hitech's CS. I was having some issues with my account and needed to make some changes that could not be done automatically. I emailed hitech expecting a long response time that I am use to with other online companies. This time however I received an almost immediate email back and the problem was solved. WTG Hitech, your CS is definetly starting off right!

I had problems with my account when i changed to adsl(different email) and called HTC talked to Pyro fixed in 5 minutes...

FYI,
I had major computer probs duing XMAS and had to wipe out my AH directory.
Prob was that I had set the "Save Password" feature and had not changed the almost cyrptic "all numbers" password.
Guess what? I totally forgot it.
I remembered part of it and tried all sort of combinations and permutations.. to no avail.
So I e-mailed Ronni, told her about my problems, my specifics. And voila', the next day I got a prompt e-mail with my password info.
I immediately set password to something I would remember.
Good job HTC.
