FYI:
I just passed PMAP (Pre-Management Assessment Program). That was the most stressful thing I've done in my life. Imagine being in a room with 4 assessors and an actor playing the part of a disgruntled employee, and you must deal with it while others observe.

Anyway, my manager asked me to take it so I can fill in for him during his vacations, and so I can apply for internal management jobs.

Sometimes as low a zero and can only go as high as 24 hours per week. (Tuesday to Friday from 9ish till 3ish)

i work 12-13h /day 6-7 day's per week, right now
with one 10 min brake

BTW the new sced the crome domes came up with has us compleating 40 hrs in a 68 hr time period from start of first watch to end of last watch. As we work a 480 volt buss running at 10,000 amps some of us are worried about the lack of rest factor.....

On the flip side we get paid for our meal times

Awww, that's so sweet. Widdle Droopy is going to fill in fer his manager and answer the phone when he goes to the bafroom.

Last year I did my "job" (QA inspector) 7 days a week and probably "worked" less than half of it. This year with the scheduling reductions I do my "job" mostly 5 days a week (40 hrs) and actually have to "work" maybe 30 to 35 of those hours.
