Looking left over the wing one can see the USAAF blue circle with white center star. Looking forward-left, a good portion of that marking disappears.

"Congrats" on the excellent FPS increase, I jumped back up from 39FPS to @ 59FPS which is comparable to AH 1  !

AMD 2800+ CPU @ 1.6Ghz native speed
ATI Radeon 9800XT with 256MB

I get slightly different. Looking left major parts of the decal disappear looking forward left its fine.
