Title: Spitfire Mk XIV's boost guage does not display the correct boost.

The boost guage in the Spitfire Mk XIV displays a boost of +7lbs for MIL power and +9lbs for WEP.

It sould be +16lbs for MIL and +18lbs for WEP.
