Title: Kill/death ratio question.

my first day in AH after DLing the game netted me 4 kills and no losses, except a ditch from loss of oil back at F1.

when i check my KD ratio on the AH site, i was amiss to reed that it was only 2.666.

isnt 4 kills with no losses 4:1???

is it becasue 2 of the kills were a b26 and a c47 have anyting to do with it? the other 2 kills being a spit9 and a n1k2.

No, 4 kills for no losses is 4/0...oops..error!

Wait till you die once, then your score will probably be ok.

K/D ratio = (Kills)/(Deaths+Bails+1)

the plus one is to keep from getting a divide by zero error, in those situations like yours

There is a formula thats use to adjust scoring.

Think of it as Kills/life. You are on your first life and has made 4 kills, thus 4.00 in Kills/deaths(lives)

wardog, i might be that shotgun. iv always gone by sg in one form or another from my AW days right thru WB to AH.

Bails shouldn't count as a death unless you die DUH
