Title: Game Freezing

Tonight was my first night online and I was on the six of a con then all the sudden my screen freezes up, it did it multiple times... then it went free again.  Now I just got this computer so I hope it isn't it...  here are the specs

I get the freezing to when I change views with the hat switch.

I noticed screen freezes when the server downloads skins, i think i solved it by just sitting in the tower, went got a sandwich, and waited till all the skins were downloaded for the time i was on, had a couple freezes when chased low con thru the trees, but that was it
Not sure if was freezing because was downloading skins to peeps as they connected too, saw some text on channel 1 of people noticing same when I did, Does the server burp as it does skin download?
Can the skins just be included in the updates?
