Okay, since it seems to happen and clutter other threads what I would like to do is start a dedicated place where LAWCobra/Mr Black ect ect ect can say things that have not been thought through. In response, MiniD can slam his statements with liberal doses of common sense for the O Club's viewing pleasure.
Now, this comes because I find great humor reading the little verbal fencing matches but they are just too hard to find in the midst of real threads. So, here we go with the first pilot episode of MiniD vs LAWCobra in our weekly discussion. This will work like a debate team in high school, with a challenge and a rebuttal and then a response. This will go on and on until LAWCobra tells us of his many experiences in both his real and fictional/virtual lives that will somehow relate to whatever could possibly be talked about. With that said, lets have a good clean fight gentlemen, touch gloves and lets get it on.
This weeks topic, the question goes to Cobra.
In as many words as necessary please respond to this scenario with your actions as you see fit.
A Marine Corps scout sniper crosses paths with you on the street. He is wearing his decorations proudly, and you notice his rifleman badge and say how your level of skill is equal to his. He asks you a simple question on your experience as a sniper and to state some facts about your career that can be verified by at least one credible source. How do you respond?
Take as much time as necessary.

What queastion does he ask me?
Where did i attend sniper school?
USASS, Building 4882 Harmony church road at Ft Benning GA.
Ad as far as his Riflemans badge or medal .
Well ALL marines ar riflemen first and foremost even the cooks.
So I could ask him If they still make the M-40A2 at Quantico VA.
Then there would be the Max effective range of the M40A2 and the M24a1
Wich If I remember is 800meters.
Although kills have been made beyound these ranges.
My weapon I was issued was the XM-21 with the leatherwood10x scope.
Does that answer some of your questions marine.

Tattoos on my forearm and round metal object in my hand. That's how I'd respond (and that's how I've seen the response handled).
If that didn't work, h2h combat wouldn't resolve it, but it would at least make the other party put the money where the mouth was.

Okay we're off to a great start, but I'd like to request the posts be limited to MiniD and Cobra as much as possible. This is for the O'Club's humor and entertainment as observers with popcorn, beef jerky, soda and beer. I like the enthusiasm that is being displayed here, but the thread has been up so far for about 1/2 hour and at this rate, we'll clog up the works before MiniD has a chance to respond and discredit everything Cobra has to say. So please remain seated, the night is young and most normal people are in bed. Good night all, I look foward to seeing further developments and insults in the morning.

I think this kind of format unduelly favors mr black. For pure raw aggression on demand he really has no equal on the boards.. Arlo will go at it like a terrier but we have to give black his due.
Mini is much more of a lurking atacker...you never know what will get him wound up but he is quite the scrapper when he gets going.
But once again..I dont blame Mini for chickening out on this one..its really Blacks game to lose..
