Title: Self porking feature works

The current AHII beta forced me to reload it again. Afterwards both the installer and game were porked. Tried reinstalling manually. Still porked. Tried uninstall. Porked. Had to trashcan the entire AHII folder. Reinstalling from scratch. No system rollback was done prior to any of this.

Compaq (HP) 6410 NX AMD XP 2000+ (1.67 ghz)

512 meg of ram

ATI 9600 pro (256 meg) video

Windows XP home edition with all the latest patches

DX9

Oh ... and it appears I was running 18 .. not 19. So I've yet to get 19 to work.

IMO if you have the bandwith you would better redownload the whole application : http://downloads.hitechcreations.com/AH19919.EXE

No bandwidth. I'll let the pc try to handle it tonight. About a 4 hr download if the connection lasts. And thanks.

The only other option I see is to reinstall from the 1st version you downloaded and apply ALL subsquent patches in the right order.

And I think you will spend about 4 very boring hours with a non-negligible risk to end with the same error.

I'm thinking of taking a break from trying to reinstall AHII until April 1st passes by a couple of days. :D
