Either an M3 GMC with M3 75mm cannon, or M3A1 with M5 75mm

Thats a gun motor carriage (GMC) with a 75mm anti tank gun.

It's an M3 half track with a 57MM M1 AT gun on lend/lease to the USSR
Soviet designation is SU-57.
