few days ago we spoke about price of BMW and some people we wondering about price of gas in Europe
i found this in today news.
first number is price per liter in USD, second number is how much is tax from that price
UK 1,4 1,07
Germany 1,36 1,02
Italy 1,34 0,93
Franc 1,27 0,95
Spain 1,02 0,64
Japan 0,99 0,55
Canada 0,58 0,23
US 0,44 0,10
this should explain why we do care about car comsumption :D

Russia: 9-13 rubles per litre, $0.30-0.40. Taxes are around 5%. I mean special benzin tax, not including VAT and other taxes. If you'll include ALL taxes it will rise to maybe 40%.
Edit: Maslo, you from Poland? Last year Poland and Russia made visas mandatory even for Kaliningrad region (Eastern Prussia). Before that many Poles preferred to go to Kaliningrad to fill the tanks...

So how much does the modern unleaded (95 MON/87 RON) octane stuff cost?
