Title: Beta 21 CV takeoff

All planes are enabled on the CV (rather than just the CV based planes). I noticed at least with the F6F and F4U-C that the shadow of the plane (wings or horizontal stabilizer) on the deck actually looks like a hole through which I can see the sea and CV wake...
