Title: Beta 22 clipboard trouble

Clipboard is the same for me as in Beta 21.

I still got trouble on Clipboard on patch 22

NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200
Driver Version:  6.14.10.5216
DX 9.0

Had on Beta 21 and is the same in Beta 22

P3 866
384 pci133 ram
GF3 64meg Omega 9m 1.4523
DX9b

I have tride both the omega drivers and latest nvidia drivers and stiil get the same blank clipboard.  worked fine in 20 but not 21
OR 22.

asus a7v8x-x
amd 2600
512 mb ram
fx5200 128 mb
s/b audigy 5.1
win xp pro

The first two times I tryed it,it worked fine. But now it is messed up. And there is a bug that causes it to crash. I don't know what really causes the crash. My specs are, 512 mb DDR ram, 2.133GHz amd Athlon, 64 mb GEForce 4 mx, Directx 9.0b.
