that is pretty intense. ive been in a situation in which i drew my firearm and was later harrassed by the police and threated with a brandishing a firearm in public. nothing came of it. i think that if you are in a situation like the writer and you react like the writer did, case closed. if that is a problem then why are we permitted to attend classes to get licensed to carry in the first place. seeming like a double standard huh?

bout how I figure it could come out in todays society.  I know that but would still do exactly the same.

His girlfriend did them both a favor by leaving him.  He is "violent" and it is better that if she is a sheep type that she leave him now and get it over with before it causes trouble down the road... just say that they were not compatible.

They would probly be dead if he didn't do what he did..  It is a shame that he had so much expense but still worth it... it's only money.

It is a shame politics and a scum bag democrat cost him 18 grand.

Dead or 18 grand, the choice is clear, 18 grand, but this dirty pile of crap tried to put this guy in jail for defending his life.  She is the one who should go to jail.

Florida started the concealed carry permits for any law abider that wanted one. Their homicide rate then took such a dramatic nose dive that many other states followed suit. That does not mean that there is not much opposition to these permits in the states that allow them. Contrary to the musings of Janis Joplin, Freedom ain't free.
