Title: Weigh Score by plane type

(PointsThisSortie * PlaneMult) + TotalPointsThisTour =  Points

Broaden the types of planes selected.

Incentive to increase skill level.

Puts better pilots in planes with lower performance,  leveling the field for all.

Remove score incentive to fly only best performing planes.

Will do for Plane variety what perk point mult/cost did for country balance.

You know, for some odd reason, I don't think we'll do any better when the good pilots are in worse planes...
