Title: Is there really blood in AH2?

I seem to remember seeing some screens with blood on them, but I'm not sure whatever that was. So is it there in AH2 or not?

No there is no blood in AH2.

However their are red pixels simulating blood splattered in and around your cockpit, visible if you are unlucky enough to get a pilot wound.
