I didn't realize some of these runners are so ignorant, do like the pilots and piss yourself. Do an Euda poopoo.

Strange, it's not there. It was about runners pissing on lawns and bushes of peoples houses along the route of the Boston Marathon. They also expose themselves to rub on vaseline and to change tampons. Some of what was mentioned was pretty gross.

So thats considered unusual behavior on the East coast?  Sounds pretty normal to me (lived in Jersy for 2 years) :)

Are you kidding? We used to just dump it all in the harbor. Bush Sr. made quite an issue of the dirty harbor. The good news is we built a new water treatment plant and the harbor is clean again. The bad news is our water bills are going through the roof. But I will say this, it's nice to have clean beaches again(well, compared to 20 years ago anyway).

Puget Sound's Commencement Bay took a similiar path as Boston Harbor. Its all goodness in the long run, even if the cost is atrocious.

The vaseline is better than the alternative.  As for the tampons, well that's just gross.
