First off, the skin you put on it is 256x256.  You need to up the skin's size to 1024 x 1024.

Not only that, but you need to have panel lines showing.  Err, at least showing a little more prominently.

you best wait until a matt option is available..it prob looks great on your paint programme, but the luster that the game puts onto the A/C looks unreal..
