Title: AH Skin Dep is down??

Finished the G-6 skin, but I'm not able to get into the SkinDep.

 Is it down for some reason, or is this only happeneing to me??

 ..


 Pity I have no place to upload this.. :(

It's working fine from here. Maybe just a temporary breakdown or you got a DNS error.

Ah.. seems it was a local DNS thing.

 The skin is now up at SkinDep (http://www.ah-skins.com).


 As for the P-38L, I'm working on the basic templates.

 But I'm starting to have some serious doubts that the current form of textures are going to be retained when AH2 becomes final. It's got loads of problems.

* The black band at the top of the cowl is impossible to get rid of. Same sort of thing with the G-6 tulip I think.

* The sun-glare wax coating.. again, makes the plane look like in satine..

* Plus a variety of minor texturing problems - ie. the lightings quality for the kill markings area on our PudgyV, is different from the rest of the nose.. thus, even if I erase the kill marking, it looks incredibly damn sucky.

 ...

 Will have to see if there's anyway to work around this, but..

I'll have to send you a new ZIP file to replace the G-6 skin lucull. Beta23 has removed the hardwired tulips, so I think I have to add them in again manually.
