Title: old player returning. i wonder if....

is there "engine management" in this game yet ?
like (mixture,rpm,cow flaps,propp pitch,etc)

You can only adjust the rpm right now.

But I've heard that engine management will be more present in AH2 (currently in Beta). I couldn't check it by myself as my current dried-yak-dung burning PIII 866 isn't up to the specs....

AH1 won't be updated anymore, so you should better check the AH2 forum.

Welcome back nappy. The short answer is no, all you control is engine RPM (manifold pressure) via the throttle and the prop pittch via +/- keys... ?:cool:

 Sounds like you fly IL2 FB with Complex Engine Management and full manual controls?

Dolts.  You're all dolts.

You can change the manifold pressure with throttle, and the RPMs with the + and - keys, which has the effect of changing the pitch of the blade.

AH2 beta sounds interesting.. anyone know where i can download
it ? cant seem to find it on the official download page.

and yes, i do indeed fly il2 with engine management and full
manual controls.

and my old nick name in here (and warbirds and wwiionline was nappy).

The small maps..... SFMA, Baltic, Mindanao, NDIsles.  :)
