Title: Once Upon a Time in America - not a troll!

I was out shopping and bought two DVDs. One was "Charade" (1963) starring Cary Grant and Audrey Hepburn. A classic old movie which I got at a snip - £3.99.

The other was "Once Upon a Time in America" (prince £8.99), starring Robert De Niro, which was why I went for it. I like all his films, though was badly let down by "The Fan" - but hey - that had Wesley Snipes in it - my bad. ;)

Anyone know what Once Upon a Time is about? I'm saving it till later in the week to watch when Tomato comes over, but I want to know if it's OK. De Niro letdowns are rare, but not unknown.

It's Leone's last film.
Not my cup of tea.  Prefer Godfather 2.
