Just checking to see if anyone else from my region are planning/wanting to go to the 2005 con or have done so before.

I have been wanting to go to one of those cons, but it would be more fun to have some company on the trip.

yes, in time. The US con would be my first priority for now Seeker because i have never been to the part of the US.

Travel to the US for the first time and then sitting inside a hotel playing AH for 3 days? No.

Im not that big of a nerd djust yet :P

The UK con or the Finnish con i might do sometime...

Come on over I used to live in Grapevine, and know the best places to eat will be going out for Brazillian BBQ and there is a Brew restraunt close to the con site

Sounds tempting gunnss. if i remember the con info it was at an airport so finding a route should be easy..

DFW is with in rock throwing distance of the con....I am taking leave and going at least a day early, so drop me a note if you are coming and I can get you at the Air port.

as for spelling..... in English the sound of a word only has a remote resemblance to the way it is spelled.......  I can spell relitively well in German and Spanish but there words are spelled the way they sound.....

lol yeah, the comment was regarding your " but I still cant spell"

i mean that nobody on this bbs has a perfect spelling record so there is no need to edit unless the misspelling gives the sentance another meaning than the intended :)

The con is a along time away and many things are sure to happen inbetween...like me becoming a 1. time dad in a few weeks. I will post a "help im going to the big country and i need help or ill get lost" thread just before i leave.....if i do :)
