Hello HT. I'm trying to hook a friend up and get him playing AH but the password autoreply system isn't working. His name used was Johnrunion. I've tested to see if it was just his setup and it wouldn't reply to my password retrieval either. Thanks for your help in advance.

well sometimes it may take a while.
in the meantime, go to your ah/settings folder and look for a file called,
login.cfg
open with notepad, presto walla, username and pw magically appear.

cc Thanks Shane I'll keep that in mind if I ever forget mine. He's setting up a new account so his password has never been sent to him. I just checked the server to see if it had done what it had done in the past and not sent out the password.
Shouldnt' matter now cause I got it..Need to see if he got his. I just know last time they had an issue with the password retrieval setup. Wasn't sure if it was doing the same thing. Thanks HT..Gotta be more patient huh...lol

Skuzzy I'm inquiring for a friend about his recently setup account. Johnrunion was the user name and his email addy was john.runion@sbcglobal.net. He has yet to receive a reply for the account. Is it possible that this can be looked into? Thanks in advance.

His email address is wrong in his record Cobra. He put the domain name in as sbcglobel.net and not sbcglobal.net

lol Skuzzy...I asked him if it was put correctly too. I'll let him know and tell him to reapply for an account and spell his email correctly.. Thanks for the help Skuzzy...
