I would be surprized if europe refused the offer.  I mean after all, europe has a reputation to maintain.

It's nice to see quite a few leaders telling him to piss off.  I'd expect nothing less.

I saw news from Fox news, that Great Britian, Italy, Spain, Germany, and France reject Bin Laden truce I think im right.

He might be re-uniting these alliances with such tapes since we more or less began separating after the US went into Iraq.  Bad move by Osama, but not surprising that he'd use such poor tactical decisions considering he's an Allah nut case.

Isn't it inappropriate to refuse or accept at all?  OBL is NOT a country and is NOT part of a legitimate orginization.  He is a terrorist and part of a group of thugs.

IMO... no country should be treating him with even the smallest amount of aknowledgement.  Countries deal with other countries, NOT terrorists.

Well of course France and Germany arent willing to negotiate - Bin Laden doesnt owe them any money.

like mosgood said, there shouldnt be a response at all

ignore the nutbag, giving him any response is a lose/lose

just wondering what will pop now that some said bugger off or if a train bomb or two will change that response ..
