Title: SSO CM:s and frame CO:s !!!

Please pay attention to the e-mail addresses of both the CO:s and XO:s of the participating squadrons. You can find them at http://events.hitechcreations.com/squadops/index.php

CM:s,
when you write orders to the frame CO, do not include only the squadron CO addresses, because then the frame CO will only use those. Include the XO addresses as well! That is why there are XO:s... to take care of business if CO for some reason cannot.

Frame CO:s,
If the CM sends you only the squadron CO emails, get the XO emails from the events site.

PLEASE!!!

The orders nowadays reach the squadrons late enough... it becomes impossible if one needs to keep on asking for orders on the bbs and even then only gets an answer that they are sent to the other guy in your squadron.

Howabout if the CM:s sent the objectives right away to all CO:s and XO:s? Then the Frame CO could send his detailed plan later, just like it is done now. The Frame CO:s quite often include the original CM objectives in their orders anyway.

This way if there are some complications, the squadrons would have at least some idea what to expect. Also it would be much easier to switchthe frame CO if necessary.
