Bring up the clipboard, click on the E6B button.
If you have selected one of the aircraft listed above the panel will include text telling you what the Emergency Power (if applicable), MIL, Cruise and max cruise settings are. The E6B also shows your fuel consumption and fuel duration in realtime. Only the aircraft listed above have been updated to the new model as I understand it.

I'd found the data on the clipboard; but I'm still a bit mystified as to what "E6B" refers to; is it some kind of standard fuel consumption test (analagous to B.S. , S.A.E or T.U.V. testing)?

An E6B is a circular slide rule that performs a variety of aviation calculations. Pictures:

I always wondered what E6B could mean! You know, I have one of those from Jeppesen, does exactly the same, but hasn't E6B written on it :)
