Why not start a paint scheme contest (lets say every 2 month), Where the skinners have the cance to paste their new aircraft schemes and the community can vote their favorite skin?

Thats a really cool idea! Make the prizes good enough and it might just get enough attention to allow AH2 to have plenty of skins.

It would also be good publicity for AH2, I might add.
