You must do it same planes, enemy and friendly. this is incase you collide you die. so you need 3 people or do it in da.

now this a real photo not touched up of the thunderbirds(http://

Rod, don't believe for a minute that those 2 F-16s are the same distance from the camera.

It's a great photo, though. :)

[edit: Question... did they paint the "5" on upside-down (on the side of intake) on the top aircraft?]

Not necessarily a photochop.
Red arrows make an art of it, smoke and mirrors stuff.

As Dux mentioned they actually have lateral separation but when viewed from the side especially at low level you do not percieve it and accept the image at face value.

Top aircraft is closer to the camera in this instance.

LOL Rod!

Do you have some shots head on of same shot? Are those stabs touching? lol... Nah cant be.

I'll try this tonight... It will be very easy i think with a 262 because you can trim it out to fly perfectly lvl upside down. Tho with collisions on it could be interesting.

Stuff like this always breaks up the monotony a bit... I like it;)

And to answer Dux, IIRC, the number 5 plane does have the number painted upside down.  At least on one side of the inlet.
I'll dig through my photo albums and see if I can find a pic of #5 on the ground/flying level.

[Edit: I found this pic (http://www.aviationwallpaper.com/thunderbirds/013.jpg) online.  You can clearly see the upside down 5]

There are some great pics on that site.  Looks like the 5 on the other side is right side up...
Cheers,
Spitter

#5 is the lead solo plane that spends most of the time inverted hence the upside dwn 5 :D
