This game is not done. squeaking about how things are are screwed up and why is this way when it ought to be that way is not helping.
Please try and remember what exactly we are doing here. This game is in unfinished condition. Things ARE wrong.
How come I seem to be the only guy here who knows this?
Please, intentionally find problems. Then report them. No, wait. Scratch that. Report the problems POLITELY. Where are some people's maners when they post on the boards?
And read the README file after every new download. What really gets me is that it says right in there what is going on. For instance this last revision says plain as day that the flight model has been changed across the board and isn't very good for specific aircraft. Then I come here and all I seem to see is people complaining about why some planes are wrong.

I watched a fool in the arena go on and on and on about how plane x was porked and plane y was porked and on and on.
Everyone was telling him to shut the ferk up but oh no, on and on he went.
From the readme:
"This version starts a series of major changes being made in
plane modeling. A lot will be changing over the next few
versions so please be patient for all these changes to be
fully and properly implemented."

I agree, the constant "Whining" gets a tad old. I pretty much scan this BBS like "The SkyDemon" scans the "Simulated Sky" for prey. I read alot of it.
I have learned to read through the "Whine" and find useful information. I find lots of useful information and insight printed here. I bet the folks at HTC do also. If not, why is the expense and effort to maintain this BBS sustained?
Many of the AH's most faithfull and are also the most vocal, sadly often annoyingly negative. The message is there and many times a good one. However; the messenger might need to take a bath and a shot of mouthwash might not hurt either.
I am still waiting for the "AH Addiction Relaxation Innoculation", rumored to be included in a future Version. Till then, I'll sit back, drink a beer and laugh a little. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Two weeks for a .squelch command hitech?
The squelch command is already funtional.
.squelch playerid - squelches playerid for the current game session
.unsquelch playerid - removes playerid from your squelch list
.unsquelch all - clears squelch list
